Must have BLS certification and be willing to obtain ACLS, PALS, Client training, and TNCC within required timeframes. Previous clinical experience is preferred, with at least one year of acute Med / Surg nursing experience encouraged. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform patient assessments and implement appropriate nursing interventionsDevelop and evaluate patient care plans based on assessment dataCollaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure quality careMaintain compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policiesProvide education and support to patients and familiesEnsure patient safety through evidence-based nursing practicesQualificationsEducation: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma program (BSN preferred)Licensure: Active Arizona RN license or compact state license (must obtain AZ license within 30 days of employment)Certifications:BLS certification (American Heart Association or client)ACLS & PALS (within 3 months), Client training (within 6 months), TNCC (within 24 months)De-escalation techniques training (within 3 months of hire)Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in a clinical settingOne year of acute Med/Surg nursing experience; CCRN or CEN certification encouraged
