Housekeepers

Responsible for cleanliness and overall appearance of the rooms and common areas.

Cleaning of condo units, including: dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen.

Perform quality cleaning to meet expectations of guests and meet required time limits;

Comply with safety as stated in the Employee Handbook;

Pick up ground litter around assigned route or wherever visible.

Must be able to do the following repetitive duties:

• Be able to bend down from the waist
• Twist upper body from side to side
• Reach arms above your head
• Lift and/or carry at least 35 lbs.
• Work from a stooping or kneeling position
• Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals

Must be able to work with a routine and stick to it;

Must be able to work on a team to clean units.

Must be able to speak and understand enough English in order to communicate and assist owners and guests.

Pre-Employment Requirements: Reference check, criminal background check.

Education and/or experience: Housekeeping and customer service experience preferred.
