Business Architecture Consultant

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to evaluate future-state capabilities, assess strategic options, document business requirements, determine total cost of ownership, and develop recommendations that support executive decision-making. Minimum qualifications include 8 or more years of experience in business architecture, business transformation, management consulting, or a related field. Experience supporting large-scale business and technology initiatives is required. Strong facilitation, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills are necessary. Experience documenting business capabilities, business processes, operating models, and requirements is essential. Ability to evaluate complex business problems and develop practical recommendations is required. Proven experience developing total cost of ownership, cost-benefit, and return-on-investment analyses used to support executive decision-making and technology investment recommendations is needed. Proven ability to evaluate and quantify the total cost of ownership, business value, risks, and operational impacts of alternative business and technology solutions is required. Demonstrated experience with technology platform evaluations, vendor assessments, and solution selection initiatives is necessary. Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Power Point are required. A strong sense of individual accountability and the ability to work independently without constant supervision is needed. Excellent communication skills with a focus on being helpful, collaborative, and professional is required. Meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding financial data and complex business logic, is essential.
