Regional Production Specialist - NFL - Lake Forest, CA Intertek, a leading provider of quality and safety solutions, is actively seeking a Regional Production Specialist - NFL to join our Electrical team in Lake Forest, CA. The role supports electrical compliance and production management across our national network. What you’ll do: Identify and exploit production opportunities through project readiness assessment and resource scheduling. Coordinate with management on resource allocation, ensuring lab throughput and client needs are met. Communicate proactively with clients, internal resources, and key contacts to avoid major delays. Calculate and report Revenue in Hand (RIH) daily to Executive Leadership. Represent the site in project‑sharing discussions with the RPM Team and organization. Act as escalation resource for client or internal issues when milestones are at risk, mitigating impact on schedule and revenue. Process purchase orders and invoices related to subcontracts and suppliers, shepherding them through the system and resolving encumbrances. Answer incoming calls, greet customers, maintain visitor logs, and keep reception areas clean and orderly. Salary & Benefits: $22‑$26 per hour, plus medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with company match, PTO, paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (minimum). 0+ years of experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment. Strong organization, prioritization, and time‑management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Customer‑focused, quality‑driven mindset. Adherence to safety practices and policies. Must reside in the United States and be legally eligible to work.
