Orange Dental Partners is a growing multi-specialty dental practice specializing in Endodontics, Oral Surgery, and Pediatric Dentistry. We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team.

This position requires flexibility to work at both our North Palm Beach and Vero Beach locations. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment, providing exceptional patient care, and expanding your clinical skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist doctors during a variety of dental and surgical procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are fully stocked and organized
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as permitted by certification
• Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout appointments
• Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure an outstanding patient experience

Qualifications:

✅ Previous dental assisting experience preferred
✅ Current Florida Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification is a plus
✅ Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control protocols
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor
✅ Reliable transportation and the ability to work in both our North Palm Beach and Vero Beach offices
✅ Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
