Deputy Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized Deputy Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, multi-year programs focused on organizational transformation, stakeholder engagement, operational improvement, infrastructure initiatives, and performance management. Working closely with the Project Manager, the Deputy Project Manager will coordinate day-to-day operations, maintain project controls, track schedules and deliverables, support stakeholder engagement activities, and help ensure successful execution across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities Support the Project Manager in managing project scope, schedule, risks and deliverables. Maintain project schedules, action item logs, risk registers, issue logs, and status reports. Coordinate activities across project teams, subcontractors, and subject matter experts. Track milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Prepare meeting materials, executive briefings, and project documentation. Facilitate project meetings and follow up on action items. Support quality assurance, reporting, and compliance activities. Assist with stakeholder communications and governance processes.
