About the Role: We are looking for a candidate with deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, with UiPath understanding being a positive (but not required). An expert on Power Apps to design, configure and develop custom solutions in Microsoft Power platform. The candidate will take an active role in supporting and building on the MPP application. The candidate will have excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or the board of directors. The candidate should have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed. Roles & Responsibilities: Drive Microsoft Power Platform implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment. Deliver services and solutions for clients using Microsoft’s PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations. Provide hands-on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform based solutions satisfying customer requirements. Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation. Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate; outputs will include data visualization and low code applications. Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution. Serve as a Microsoft Power Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME), with technical expertise including system architecture, solution design, system configuration, and security management. Dynanet Team Requirements and Expectations: Possess Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with an ability to prioritize, balance, and effectively advance multiple competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to interact in a professional and collaborative manner with fellow Dynanet Teammates and the clients, and business partners that we work with. Ability and desire to challenge and educate yourself to support and advance IT services delivery in the Federal agencies we serve. Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills. Respond to team member and client requests via email, MS teams, or other communication means during core business hours. Active listening skills to understand clients' needs, and collaboration skills to work with other developers and designers.
