You'll work alongside experienced professionals across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, giving you the support of a complete home services team behind every job.If you're looking for year-round work, strong earning potential, and a company that recognizes the value you bring to the field, Astacio may be the right place for your next move.What You'll DoDiagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.Work on furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, and indoor air quality equipment.Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, mechanical, hydronic, and combustion issues.Perform maintenance, system testing, safety inspections, and equipment startups.Explain diagnosed problems and recommend appropriate repair, maintenance, or replacement options.Obtain customer approval before completing work and collect payment when appropriate.Maintain accurate service notes, equipment records, and follow-up information.Communicate parts, scheduling, and return-trip needs promptly to the office.Maintain a clean vehicle, organized inventory, and professional work area.Support apprentices and participate in required meetings and technical training.What We're Looking ForPrevious residential HVAC service, repair, and maintenance experience.Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.Experience with furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related systems.Knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, airflow, combustion, hydronic, and control systems.Ability to manage service calls independently from diagnosis through completion.Strong communication and customer service skills.Professional judgment and respect for customers and their homes.Ability to maintain complete and timely electronic service documentation.EPA Universal Certification required.Active Connecticut S-1, S-2, D-1, D-2, B-1, or B-2 license preferred.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Why Work at Astacio?Competitive compensation with performance-based earning opportunitiesSteady, year-round customer demandStrong dispatch, customer service, and operational supportMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysCompany-Provided VehicleCompany Phone or TabletUniforms and Professional Diagnostic EquipmentOngoing Paid Technical and Customer Service TrainingOpportunities for Career AdvancementThe support of an established plumbing, HVAC, and electrical teamA professional environment that values quality, accountability, and teamworkWhat Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role means solving problems accurately, delivering dependable repairs, and creating an experience that earns customers' trust.
