Senior Recruiter (Remote)

United Allergy Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter who can own the hiring process from start to finish, interview 10–20 candidates per day, and consistently fill 4+ positions per month.

We're looking for someone who combines strong people skills, sound judgment, and a passion for using technology to recruit faster and smarter. You will be a key member of the management team.

As a Senior Recruiter, you'll take ownership of recruiting for clinical and operational positions across the country, with a particular focus on Clinical Allergy Specialists and Regional Operations Managers.

This is a high-volume, results-driven recruiting role . You'll spend much of your day talking to candidates, assessing their potential, and moving the best people quickly through the hiring process.

We value speed, good judgment, creativity, and measurable results. You'll have the freedom to experiment with new recruiting tools, AI, automation, and sourcing strategies to make the process more effective.

• Interview 10–20 candidates per day , conducting efficient phone and video screens to identify top talent.
• Fill 4+ positions per month , consistently meeting hiring goals while maintaining high candidate quality.
• Own the full recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and closing candidates.
• Use recruiting technology, AI tools, and automation to improve sourcing, communication, and hiring efficiency.

• 3+ years of recruiting experience , ideally in high-volume hiring, healthcare, or multi-location organizations.
• You love talking to people. You're naturally curious, personable, energetic, and enjoy interviewing candidates throughout the day.
• Results-oriented. You thrive on measurable goals, take ownership, and are motivated by hitting and exceeding targets.
• Tech-savvy. Comfortable with LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, applicant tracking systems, and eager to embrace AI and new recruiting tools.
