Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Daytime: Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM; Tue 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM; Thu 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM; Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM; Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout shopping areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for unusual behavior, access concerns, and/or policy violations, offering assistance and guidance as appropriate. Support retail and mall operations by assisting with crowd management, directional information, and customer inquiries while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
