Business Hours: Monday - Sunday: 9am - 9pm

What You'll Do

• Respond to phone, text, emails and chats in a timely and professional manner.
• Convert leads into showroom appointments
• Build strong customer relationships and provide prompt follow ups
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize closing opportunities
• Manage customer communications through our CRM system
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery

What You'll Bring

• Auto Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales experience: REQUIRED
• Experience in appointment setting and sales performance
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven
• CRM experience preferred
• Valid driver's license

Total Rewards

The annual estimated earning range for this position is $46,500 - $154,000. This position is also eligible for commissions on ("Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit") and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability").

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
