• Demonstrate assigned driving operations for students on a regular basis
\ N
• Oversee the safe operation and use of equipment when being used by students, ensuring that the company policy and standards are being adhered to
\ N
• Supervise all assigned trainees and complete the necessary documentation for each person, such as student attendance forms and training records
\ N
• Provide in-person dailyinstruction to students in the following areas: Full Pre-Trip Inspection, Basic Control Skills, and Road Driving

• Valid Class A CDLLicense
\ N
• 3 years of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
\ N
• Clean MVR and background
\ N
• H.S. Diploma or GED
\ N
• Excellent communicationskills
\ N
• Possess demonstrable intellectual and leadership abilities
\ N
• Be able to perform duties of over-the-road, basic skills, and classroom instruction as assigned
\ N
• Regular, reliable, and predictable work attendance is a must
\ N
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensure as required by applicable state regulations
