The Bavarian Blacksmith Experience is looking for a driven sales associate! We are looking for someone who is passionate about art and can convey that passion to customers in a clear and concise manner. Former sales experience preferred. Our experience driven forge caters to people looking to live some of the magic of being a Forged in Fire Champion as well as guests interested in forging handcrafted souvenirs that will last a lifetime. The sales associate is a self-starter who can interact with guests via both in person and online communication. They should be outgoing, effective speakers and competent writers. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of the basics of driving business and converting potential clients to guests. Each person who comes in the forge should have an opportunity to say yes to crafting a beautiful piece. Cash tips are paid out daily.
