What You'll Be Doing Support the administration and configuration of Visier, our people analytics platform, including building metrics, dimensions, data pipelines, and security settings Validate and troubleshoot data quality issues across the people analytics environment to ensure integrity and reliability Serve as first point of contact for incoming team requests and tickets, triaging, resolving, or escalating as needed Own and maintain recurring reports and Power BI dashboards focused on workforce planning and headcount data Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple HR systems to support analyses, dashboards, and reporting needs Design and develop dynamic dashboards and reports that communicate findings clearly to HR leadership and stakeholders Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of analytics processes, tools, and data governance practices The Impact You Will Have Keep the people analytics platform reliable and trusted by resolving issues and maintaining high data quality standards Enable faster, better decisions by delivering timely, accurate reports and dashboards to HR and business leaders Improve team responsiveness by owning the intake and resolution of day-to-day requests Strengthen workforce planning through consistent, well-maintained reporting and data visualization Support a culture of data-driven decision-making by making people data easy to access and understand Help safeguard the security, quality, and ethical use of employee data across all analytics processes What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years relevant work experience in HR, Analytics, or related field. Solid analytical skills and a genuine interest in working with data to solve problems Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL; exposure to R or Python is a plus Exposure to or hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Visier, or Tableau Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences Familiarity with HR systems such as HRIS or ATS, or interest in workforce and people data is a plus Who You Are You are detail-oriented and methodical, the kind of person who catches the mismatched field before it makes it into a report You are service-minded and responsive, comfortable managing a queue of requests and helping others get what they need You are proactive and self-motivated, able to work in an environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job You are curious and eager to learn, with a strong continuous-improvement mindset that pushes you to find better ways to do things You are a dependable team player who collaborates well across functions and does not wait to be told what needs doing You are organized enough to balance ongoing responsibilities with ad‑hoc requests without losing track of either Rewards and Benefits We offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs.
