The Client Solutions Associate role at Matlen Silver’s Atlanta office is the entry point into our IGNITE Program—a structured 6-month training track designed as a proving ground to prepare you for promotion to a Client Solutions Manager (sales) role. You’ll begin by mastering IT recruiting, sourcing top-tier tech talent, and working closely with mentors to build a strong foundation. After 6 months, ideally transitioning into sales, supported by an extensive sales training program to ensure your success in client-facing roles. Screen and interview candidates to match them with open job opportunities. Coach candidates through the hiring process, from resume building to interview preparation. Participate in an extensive sales training program to develop client management and business development skills. Learn to qualify job orders and understand client needs through shadowing and hands‑on experience. Build client relationships, take ownership of accounts, and drive business growth. Partner with leadership to strategize on client development and deliver world‑class service. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience (sales, customer service, recruiting, etc.).
