Program Operations Associate

Supporting the administration of programmatic and operational agreements, the full-time Associate Specialist in GP Field Program Operations will assist Financial Leads and Program staff with agreement processes, manage compliance, and ensure accurate financial tracking while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Supports Financial Leads with the preparation and issuance of various outgoing agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and issues are resolved Processes and tracks outgoing agreement payments, monitors compliance with deliverable requirements, and assists with journal entries in Workday Maintains organized information and files across multiple systems, providing status updates on agreements and supporting day-to-day administrative operations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or four years of relevant experience Working understanding of basic accounting principles, including FASB accounting Familiarity with U.S. Government-funded projects is highly desirable Experience working with Native Nations and/or rural communities is a plus Proficiency in word processing, databases, and spreadsheet software packages such as Word, Excel, and Workday Virtual Vocations Inc
