Construction Project Manager

Location: Englewood, CO – Travel to project sites as needed
Salary: $95,000–$145,000/year
Employment Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediately Available

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with wastewater construction experience to oversee projects from inception through completion. This position will work closely with owners, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate brings strong construction project management experience, hands-on experience with wastewater projects , excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate teams, resources, schedules, and project requirements throughout the entire construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from pre-construction through project completion and closeout
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate contractors, employees, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
• Monitor project progress and proactively address scheduling, budget, or operational challenges
• Collaborate closely with owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes and local, state, and federal regulations
• Maintain regular communication with clients and key stakeholders regarding project status, priorities, and expectations
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams to ensure successful execution
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, customer service, and client satisfaction
• Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen project execution and overall operations
• Address client questions or concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant construction codes, standards, and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Wastewater construction/project experience required
• 5+ years of experience in field construction or construction project management
• 3+ years of direct client-facing experience
• Demonstrated experience managing resources throughout pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination
• Proven commitment to quality and customer service
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications
• Experience with construction scheduling software required
• Experience with SAGE100 Construction Management is a plus
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed

Compensation

$95,000–$145,000 per year , depending on experience and qualifications.
