Why you’ll love working at Appleseed Supportive team environment with accessible leadership Integrated care model with collaboration across programs Flexibility to help support work‑life balance Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Meaningful work that directly impacts your community What You’ll Do Provide psychiatric case management services to adults Deliver individual and group interventions Assist clients in developing communication, relationship, and coping skills Provide crisis management and support as needed Complete assessments and assist in developing service plans Link clients to community resources and services Advocate for clients and support access to needed services Monitor progress and provide ongoing support Deliver services in homes, schools, and community settings Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency standards Participate in team meetings to support a collaborative care approach What We’re Looking For Experience working with adults, families, and/or groups with behavioral health needs Experience with or understanding of: Trauma‑informed care Crisis intervention Family systems approaches Strong organizational, time‑management, and documentation skills Ability to work independently in community‑based settings Ability to build rapport with a wide range of individuals Knowledge of or familiarity with community resources (Ashland County preferred) Strong commitment to client rights and ethical practice Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience in case management or behavioral health Also Considered High School Diploma with relevant experience Requirements Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance Ability to travel locally and provide services in the community Successful completion of background check, driving record check, and drug screening Benefits & Perks Competitive salary + monthly bonus opportunities (high‑performing staff can earn $1,000+ per month in bonuses) Medical, dental, and vision coverage 403(b) retirement plan with employer match Paid time off (32+ days annually): Minimum 2 weeks vacation 6 self‑care days 8 sick days 8 paid holidays Employee Assistance Program & wellness app Continuing education & professional development funds In‑house pharmacy access Mileage reimbursement Pet insurance Annual performance‑based pay increases Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer Join a team that values both the work—and the people doing it.
