About Us We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in niche metal collectible items. Thanks to explosive growth in our wholesale division, we are rapidly expanding. However, our direct-to-consumer brand presence is a blank canvas. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-starting digital marketer to help us build our digital footprint from the ground up, bringing the high quality of our products to the digital world.

Schedule & Hours (Flexible) We are flexible with scheduling for the right candidate. This role can be structured as either Part-Time or Full-Time. If you are seeking Full-Time work, we are happy to offer that after a brief part-time trial period to ensure the role is a great mutual fit. Please let us know your ideal weekly hours when applying.

The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Media Specialist to take ownership of our online presence, build out our brand image, showcase our products, and strategize new product launches. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager (or Founders), this is the perfect role for a generalist who wants to take on the exciting challenge of building a brand's digital ecosystem from scratch. You will be the architect of our social media, SEO, and advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Building & Social Media: Launch, grow, and manage our presence on key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) with engaging, brand-appropriate content.

• Digital Advertising: Develop and execute initial paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive direct-to-consumer sales and awareness.

• SEO & Website Optimization: Implement basic SEO strategies for our e-commerce site to improve organic search rankings and visibility.

• Content & Launch Strategy: Photograph or coordinate visuals for our metal collectibles and build digital marketing campaigns for new product drops.

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor digital performance, track what is working, and pivot strategies based on data to ensure a strong ROI.

Requirements & Qualifications

• The "Self-Starter" Mentality: You do not need to be micromanaged. You see a blank slate as an exciting opportunity and know how to prioritize tasks to get a brand off the ground.

• Digital Generalist: You have hands-on experience (or a strong foundational understanding) across multiple digital disciplines: social media management, basic SEO, and paid digital advertising.

• Creative Eye: You know what makes a product look premium online and can write compelling copy that speaks directly to a niche audience.

• E-commerce Experience: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and how digital media drives online sales.

• Resourceful: You know how to operate efficiently on a budget, test new ideas, and scale the ones that work.
