Neuropsychologist OpportunityAllina Health is seeking a Neuropsychologist to join our collaborative and mission-driven team. In this role, you will work as part of our epilepsy and brain tumor surgery programs in addition to providing general adult neuropsychological assessment for broad referral sources including other neurological specialties, primary care, cardiology, organ transplant, mental health, and others in our large health system.This position is integrated within a broader neuropsychology team, with strong connections across the larger Allina mental health service and Allina specialties such as the Brain and Spine Institute and Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute. The practice environment offers meaningful opportunities for collaboration and professional growth, including work alongside:Rehabilitation psychologyPain psychologyNeurology and neurosurgeryRehabilitation therapistsAdditional collaboration and development opportunities include:Monthly case consultations with the broader neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology teamMonthly continuing education through the mental health service lineA strong sense of connection to both the site-specific team and the broader psychology/mental health communitySchedule & Work Structure:40 hours/week (M–F)Flexibility between day and evening hoursPrimarily on-site Potential for ~1 remote day/weekNo call requirementKey Responsibilities:Conduct neuropsychological assessments for patients across the adult lifespanEvaluate and support patients with conditions including, but not limited to: Neurodegenerative diseasesEpilepsyTraumatic brain injury (TBI)StrokeTumorSystemic medical conditions and organ transplantNeurodevelopmental disordersNeuropsychiatric disordersEvaluate patients using NeuroMapper as part of awake craniotomy surgeriesProvide presurgical evaluations for an epilepsy surgery teamInterpret assessment findings and provide clear, clinically meaningful recommendationsCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive treatment planningPartner with OT, SLP and other colleagues to help guide patient care within a rehabilitation-focused environmentContribute to a team-centered approach that emphasizes high-quality, coordinated carePay Range: $141,750 to $147,000 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE.
