Communications: Provide clear programme updates, escalation packs, decision logs, risk summaries, KPI reporting and leadership communications for operational reviews, steering committees and executive forums.
People Management: Lead through direct and matrixed teams, setting expectations, assigning accountable owners, clarifying decision rights and supporting capability development across programme workstreams.
Process Oversight: Own the programme governance model, including operational huddles, Tier 2 escalation reviews, steering committee decisions, intake and questionnaire review, action tracking, decision tracking and risk management.
Subject Matter Expertise: Apply strong understanding of NGS services, AmpSeq customer workflows, design-to-pilot processes, kit manufacture, service delivery, BioIT dependencies, quality expectations and operational scale-up.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive improvements in turnaround time, first-time-right performance, traceability, inventory management, workflow standardisation, dashboarding and operational handoffs.
Data & Metrics: Establish and manage KPIs for revenue progression, opportunity conversion, panel design performance, pilot status, turnaround time, manufacturing readiness, capacity, quality and customer delivery.
Physical Demands: Primarily office, meeting and virtual work, with periodic site visits to laboratory, manufacturing and service environments.
Policy & Standards Compliance: Ensure programme activities comply with LGC policies, quality expectations, EHS requirements, customer commitments, data controls and relevant operational standards.
