Compensation: Base Pay + Weekly Bonuses + Leadership Incentives

True Roofs is expanding our Boise ID team and hiring a Field Marketing Manager to lead a group of entry‐level field marketers. Your team will speak with homeowners, share information about our services, and schedule free home inspections.

This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching, motivating people, and building a strong team culture.

What You’ll Do

·       Lead and coach a team of Field Marketing Specialists

·       Train new hires on communication and appointment‐setting

·       Provide daily ride‐along coaching and support

·       Track team KPIs: conversations, leads, and scheduled inspections

·       Maintain a positive, high‐energy team environment

·       Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure high‐quality appointments

·       Assist with recruiting and onboarding as the team grows

What We’re Looking For

·       Leadership or team‐lead experience (any industry)

·       Strong communication and people‐development skills

·       Positive attitude and ability to motivate others

·       Comfortable working outdoors and leading from the front

·       Reliable, organized, and coachable

·       No roofing experience required — we provide full training
