The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a new strategic vision for the Advancement division, with a focus on building and sustaining robust systems and operations. This role requires a leader who can foster a collaborative culture, recruit and mentor a high-performing team, and provide critical leadership in all areas of fundraising. The VPA will also play a central role in shaping the future of the institution and must be prepared to serve as a key member of the President's Cabinet. The ideal candidate for the Vice President for Advancement position at the company will be a strategic thinker and a builder, capable of architecting and executing a fresh vision for the division. A strong background in fundraising, as well as experience in team management and mentorship, is essential.
