Axiom in Los Angeles is seeking an Energy Lawyer specializing in Oil & Gas to advise clients on regulatory compliance, draft and negotiate leases, joint operating agreements, and related contracts, and help manage risk across the energy sector. You must hold an active U.S. bar license and have 8+ years of oil and gas experience, with knowledge of federal and state laws (e.g., the Mineral Leasing Act, Clean Air Act, Natural Gas Act) and EPC experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Axiom
