• Hours : 6pm to 6:30am
• Rotating Schedule
• 3 x 12 hr Shifts
• Wage: $15.54/hr

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented  Production Associate (Tier 2)to join our manufacturing team in Altavista. This role is essential to our quality control process, ensuring that every product leaving our facility is inspected, labeled, and packaged to the highest standards. Working under moderate supervision, you will maintain critical production records and may operate within a  clean-room environment . Key Responsibilities

• Quality Inspection: Carefully inspect raw and finished products to ensure they meet strict company and regulatory specifications.
• Precision Labeling & Packaging: Execute the labeling and packaging of goods with high accuracy to prepare them for distribution.
• GMP Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed production records in strict accordance with  Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) .
• Clean-Room Compliance: Operate within a  clean-room environment as required, adhering to all gowning and contamination control protocols.
• Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace while following all facility safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Education:   High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a previous position with similar duties (inspection, packaging, or manufacturing).
• Reliability: Ability to work the scheduled shifts and commit to overtime as business needs require.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and the ability to follow written standardized procedures and GMP requirements.
