About the role We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to help bring Coframe to market as we enter our next stage of growth. You’ll work across launches, campaigns, customer stories, events, partnerships, and whatever else helps the right companies discover and understand what we’re building. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who likes making things happen. One week, you might turn a customer result into a campaign; the next, you might coordinate a product launch, improve a landing page, or bring an event from idea to execution. You’ll work closely with our founders, sales team, Growth Strategists, product team, and customers to decide what matters most and get it shipped. What you’ll do Run launches. Bring product announcements, new capabilities, customer stories, and campaigns to market. Own the plan and execution across messaging, assets, landing pages, distribution, and follow-up. Turn customer results into stories. Work with customers and internal teams to find compelling examples of Coframe’s impact. Create case studies, content, and campaigns that make our product and its value easy to understand. Build programs that create demand. Test channels and ideas that put Coframe in front of the right buyers, from targeted campaigns and partnerships to events and organic content. Learn what generates interest and qualified opportunities, then build on it. Make our website work harder. Improve key pages and conversion paths through better messaging, clearer proof, and thoughtful experiments. Use Coframe’s own product to help us learn and iterate. Turn opportunities into action. When a partnership, event, customer milestone, or timely industry conversation creates an opening, figure out what we should do and bring the right people together to make it happen. Get your hands dirty. Draft copy, brief a designer, QA a page, prepare a launch, analyze results, follow up with a partner, or take on something we haven’t done before. Help us get better at shipping. Build lightweight systems for planning campaigns, managing assets, tracking results, and keeping projects moving as the company grows. What we’re looking for 4-10+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, or a similarly broad marketing role at a B2B technology company. Deep proficiency with AI and a track record of using it to meaningfully improve the speed, quality, and effectiveness of your marketing. Experience taking marketing projects from idea to launch, with examples of work you personally drove and the results it produced. A generalist who can set direction, coordinate across teams, and execute the work yourself. Strong writing and creative instincts, with the ability to explain a technical product through clear, concrete examples. Excellent organization and follow-through across multiple fast-moving projects. Comfort working closely with sales, product, engineering, customers, and external partners. Experience marketing to growth, ecommerce, digital, or product teams is a plus. You don’t need to have owned every channel listed above.
