Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications for inpatient rehabilitation patients
• Review and verify physician orders for medication safety and appropriateness
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy and ensure positive patient outcomes
• Manage medication inventories and oversee proper storage procedures
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and facility policies related to pharmacy operations

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with experience in hospital inpatient or rehabilitation pharmacy settings
• Strong knowledge of medication therapies used in rehabilitation medicine
