Truck Driver Entry Level

Without experience, class A drivers are now being hired. Drivers must have a valid Class A CDL, a recent DOT physical, be 21 years old or older, have a clean driving record, and be willing to work for 30 days straight with no time off during the OTR training period. To begin, we are offering a 30-day OTR training opportunity with a weekly compensation of $800. After completing the OTR program, you will be hired on a permanent basis and allocated a Company Truck with an average weekly compensation of $1150 to $1500. After completing your training, you will have the choice of moving into one of our regional or dedicated lanes or continuing to work OTR. If a particular run isn't accessible, you'll have to be willing to get started in a regional or OTR position. It's possible that you'll only have to wait a week or so to get transferred to the position you actually want. We have three divisions with a variety of runs to select from. You will be enrolled in our 3-day orientation once you have been approved for our training position. Following completion, you will go out for 4 weeks with a trainer for your OTR training. Drivers should prepare to be on the road for 30 days straight with no time home. Our compensation package consists of the following: During training, you will be paid $800 each week. Guaranteed minimum weekly income of $1000. A bonus of $1500 for a smooth transition. Vacations that are paid. Up to $5,000 tuition reimbursement for your Academy training.
