RN - PRN

Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN Full‑time coverage required: 4 shifts in a 28‑day period, with two weekend shifts. Day or night, 12‑hour shifts (6:00 am‑6:00 pm or 6:00 pm‑6:00 am). Location Ashland City, TN Responsibilities Render professional nursing care to patients within the treatment programs. Perform ongoing patient assessment, evaluation, and update of patient care through observation of physical and behavioral symptoms; communicate pertinent data to other service areas as needed. Administer medications appropriately and document all data accurately according to facility policy. Participate in the formulation of individual care plans for all patients and implement those plans in accordance with facility policy. Perform proper hand‑wash and care (HWC) techniques, demonstrating knowledge of patient and staff safety. Complete debriefings as indicated. Serve as a role model to staff and students in dress and demeanor. Preferred Qualifications Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program and licensed (or license‑eligible) in the State of Tennessee. Experience with children/adolescents. Experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting. 21 years of age. Valid driver’s license in good standing. Completion of two weeks of orientation classes, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Successful background check, fingerprinting, and employment verification.
