Holistiplan is hiring a RevOps Manager to strengthen GTM operations across Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing as Holistiplan scales. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you'll bring systems expertise, structured thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to a growing GTM team. This is a senior individual contributor role built for someone who can take mid-to-high complexity projects from scoped to shipped with minimal oversight.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Partner with CS, Sales, and Marketing to align systems, data, and processes across the GTM funnel
• Help keep our HubSpot environment clean and reliable: data architecture, workflow logic, record layouts, reporting, and configuration
• Drive process improvements across pipeline & forecasting, renewals & expansion, enablement, and other cross-functional workflows, working closely with the Senior Revenue Operations Manager as needed
• Lead cross-functional RevOps projects end to end, from scoping through rollout, with input from the Director as needed
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that give Sales and CS visibility into their day-to-day operations
• Help maintain data quality and integrity across GTM systems, working closely with the RevOps Analyst
• Use AI-assisted tools to automate recurring workflows and reporting, cutting down on manual work
• Document processes and establish standards that hold up as the team grows
• Evaluate GTM tooling and integrations, optimizing our tech stack for performance and cost

Required qualifications include:

• 3–5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
• Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot (workflows, reporting, automation, lifecycle management, custom objects)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights, decisions, and prioritization
• Experience collaborating across Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Track record of running projects independently and influencing without direct authority

Bonus points include:

Experience in financial services, wealth management, or tax/accounting-adjacent SaaS; experience at a PE-backed company; familiarity with AI-assisted workflow or reporting tools
