Position Title: Tenant Improvement Project Engineer

This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-profile commercial tenant improvement projects and play a direct role in delivering exceptional spaces for some of Southern California's most notable clients. Working alongside experienced industry leaders, this role offers hands-on exposure to every phase of project execution, from planning and coordination to client management and successful project delivery. Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 / Year DOE

Responsibilities:

• Oversee tenant improvement projects primarily in Downtown Los Angeles and Beverly Hills
• Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to client specifications
• Collaborate with subcontractors to maintain project quality and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status
• Respond to after-hours inquiries as necessary
• Conduct site visits to ensure project compliance and quality control

Requirements:

• 3+ years of construction experience
• BA Degree strongly preferred
• TI Experience is preferred
