Start at the top of our pay scale plus a $500 sign-on bonus. Paid Training: We will pay for your study materials and test fees to get you certified. Great Equipment: Work with modern, well-maintained trucks, uniforms and boots. Sales commissions. End of round bonus and christmas bonus based on production. Paid time off 2 weeks in winter break. No mowing or landscaping. What You Will Do Apply fertilizer, weed control, and turf treatments to residential and commercial lawns. Drive a company service vehicle safely across the greater Chattanooga area. Educate customers on lawn health, watering tips, and services. No mowing or landscaping. Qualifications Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required). Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or route-based services is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person! Ability to carry 40 lbs bags. Ability to ride machines. 1-3 years experience desirable, but not a deal breaker. Licensed individuals with a CO3 or CO7 TN or GA Pesticide license - sign in bones- $500 (half at start and half at 60 days). #J-18808-Ljbffr
