Seeking an experienced Senior Lead Salesforce Developer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team, drive best practices, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Seeking an experienced Senior Lead Salesforce Developer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team, drive best practices, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Ensure data integrity, system integration, and security standards.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Architect) are a plus.
