Office Location: 5250 Neil Rd., Ste. 210, Reno, NV 89502
Coverage area: Reno, Sparks, Fernley & Fallon (backup coverage in Carson City)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
COMPASSION CARE HOSPICE is seeking a passionate, dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Reno, NV . Our Social Workers provide emotional support, counseling, and resource coordination to patients facing terminal illness. This role plays a key part in the delivery of holistic care and ensures that patients' psychosocial needs are met with dignity and respect. As a Social Worker You will:
- Assess psychosocial needs of patients and families

- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate and assist with advance directives
