Description Come join a fast-paced development program to be an integral part of the team. Coordinates with security and facilities coordination to support program needs Helps with team support, program access, and network permissions. Manages conference room and huddle room scheduling Basic Qualifications Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience in managing e-mails, calendars, and schedules. Experience greeting and hosting and visitors. Desired Skills Works well in a team setting, shared goals for team milestones and completion success.
