RCS Grading
Job TitleJob DescriptionWork with other team members in order to complete tasksReports to foreman and superintendentWear all necessary PPE's as required and/or neededMay be asked to use a shovelMay be able to lift more than 50 lbs.Willing to work in the climateTravel to and from work and jobsites as neededResponsible for maintaining jobsites in a clean and accessible demeanorWilling to be trainedMake necessary evaluation and repairs to broken equipmentComplete equipment serviceChange cutting edges and teethKeep the shop and truck cleanQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredExperience working in the field of mechanicsTeam playerValid driver's license, CDL is preferredDrug-freeDependable transportationSelf-motivatedHas their own preferred toolsBenefitsStarting pay depends on work experience.90 day performance reviewCompletion of 90 days, eligible for Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance.After 1 year, eligible for 401k plan at open enrollment.Workdays: M-F 7 am until 5:30 pm, Optional weekend work depending on jobEEO EmployerPay period is weekly
