DMV Specialist

DMV Specialist Location: 14900 Landmark Blvd, Dallas, TX 75254 Compensation: $19.25–$28.85 per hour (starting $19.25–$24.00 per hour, final determined by interview). Responsibilities Review and verify title paperwork for accuracy prior to DMV submission. Prepare and process out‑of‑state title work in compliance with state‑specific guidelines. Coordinate delivery of DMV documentation to vendors or state agencies. Manage correction requests by partnering with customers and internal teams to obtain required documentation. Communicate with vendors and state DMVs to track and confirm status updates. Follow up with internal partners on outstanding items needed for submission. Coordinate shipment of license plates to customers. Provide timely and consistent updates on work status. Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Working knowledge of nationwide DMV/title and registration processes. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. A sense of urgency and accountability in completing tasks. Customer service mindset with strong problem‑solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think critically and navigate complex processes.
