In this role, you will conduct virtual sessions, help clients navigate relationship and family concerns, and use your clinical expertise to guide the direction of care.Your work will include connecting with clients, identifying areas of focus, supporting progress through therapy, and keeping accurate records to ensure consistent care throughout treatment.ResponsibilitiesConduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and familiesExplore relationship dynamics, family concerns, and emotional challenges affecting clientsCreate therapy goals and adjust the focus of care as client needs changeUse appropriate marriage and family therapy approaches during sessionsMaintain organized and timely clinical notes and treatment recordsParticipate in clinical discussions and collaborate with team members when neededFollow confidentiality requirements, ethical guidelines, and Arkansas LMFT standards
