Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, establishing a therapeutic alliance and utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each person’s specific needs. \n Facilitate couples therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and building stronger relationships. \n Engage with families in joint sessions to address complex relationship dynamics, improve interaction patterns, and support family members in navigating challenges. \n Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with each client’s goals, preferences, and clinical perspectives. \n Assess clients for mental health conditions using standardized diagnostic tools and clinical judgment, providing appropriate interventions and referrals as necessary. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our client base is diverse, encompassing a wide range of backgrounds and presenting issues. As a therapist, you will work with individuals facing mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your role will be critical in guiding clients towards improved mental health and relationship satisfaction. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois. \n A minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical therapy in a mental health setting. \n Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n Ability to work independently while being an active participant in a team-oriented environment. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy best practices. \n Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Family Systems Therapy. \n Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions and maintain client confidentiality. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for new hires.
