Direct Support Professional (DSP) Part-time to start with Full-time potential

Location: Bend Redmond Terrebonne Sisters Madras Prineville Sunriver La Pine (Depending on your preference)
Pay: $22 $24 per hour paid biweekly

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) youll be part of a dedicated and caring team helping individuals live fuller more meaningful lives. This isnt just a jobits a calling.

What Youll Do

As a DSP youll provide attendant care relief care DSA and help clients engage in community activities such as social events shopping volunteer work and more.

Youll also:

• Support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) physical emotional behavioral and communication needs

• Provide transportation for medical appointments errands and community outings

• Assist with household tasks and home management

• Encourage and model life skills and independence

• Promote positive self-esteem and build meaningful relationships

• Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Who Were Looking For

You are someone who is:

• 18 years old

• Experienced: 1 year supporting someone with I/DD (professionally or personally)

• Compassionate patient and reliable

• Able to maintain strict confidentiality

• A team player who also thrives working independently

• Open to shifts that may include days evenings weekends and overnights

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license active auto insurance and reliable vehicle

• Able to pass a criminal background check

• Able to obtain a CPR/First Aid Certification (resources available upon hire)

• Able to lift up to 50 LBS to transfer clients

• Able to bend kneel twist push and pull with no restrictions

• Be comfortable working in a diverse range of home environments
