Are you a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales? Kapp's is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to convert leads, upsell services, and provide outstanding customer support. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building relationships, and strive to exceed sales goals. Responsibilities: Convert leads into sales and upsell services. Engage in inbound/outbound calls and emails. Maintain customer relationships and resolve concerns. Accurately track sales and customer interactions in CRM. Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, NICE CXone, and RealGreen.
