Position Overview Fuller Land & Development is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Broker to join our growing Raleigh office. This individual will work closely with the Broker-in-Charge and play an integral role in brokerage operations, client representation, and business development throughout the Triangle region. What You’ll Do Client Representation & Transactions Represent buyers, developers, builders, investors, and tenants in the acquisition of land and commercial properties. Represent landowners and sellers in the marketing, leasing, and disposition of commercial and development assets. Lead transactions from prospecting and negotiations through due diligence and closing while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Advise clients on pricing strategy, market positioning, entitlement considerations, and transaction strategy with integrity and sound judgment. Coordinate property tours, client meetings, inspections, and closing activities while delivering a high level of communication and service. Market Research & Analysis Prepare market analysis, comparable sales data, property packages, and client presentations with accuracy and professionalism. Stay informed on market trends, zoning activity, growth corridors, and development opportunities throughout the Triangle region. Organize and maintain accurate transaction and client records while supporting operational excellence across the company. Business Development Develop and maintain strong client and industry relationships throughout the RTP market. Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry involvement, and consistent relationship management. Represent Fuller Land & Development with enthusiasm, professionalism, and authenticity within the marketplace and community. Contribute to a collaborative team environment where shared success and long-term relationships are valued. Collaboration & Operations Coordinate with attorneys, engineers, surveyors, lenders, municipalities, inspectors, and other stakeholders throughout transactions. Support the firm’s continued growth by contributing ideas, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Maintain compliance with North Carolina Real Estate Commission regulations and all applicable standards. What We’re Looking For Commercial real estate, land brokerage, development, or investment sales experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong personal accountability. Ability to manage multiple projects and transactions simultaneously. Familiarity with MLS/TMLS, Microsoft Office, and transaction management systems preferred. Strong understanding of the Raleigh-Durham commercial real estate and land market is a plus.
