Healthcare Consulting Director in Clinical Enterprise – Case Management
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct teams in complex performance improvement engagements, managing budgets, invoicing, and billing while ensuring successful client outcomes.
- Apply analytical and critical‑thinking skills to quantify benefits, identify risks, and develop solutions for performance improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively to understand client challenges, create customized solutions, and manage client expectations, delivering impactful presentations and proposals.
- Build strong relationships and lead change processes, demonstrating expertise in change management and influencing positive change in complex environments.
- Lead and develop teams, including role definition, team building, coaching, mentoring, and performance management, while identifying business development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Nursing degree (BSN) required.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- 8+ years of consulting and/or healthcare operations experience with excellent knowledge of case‑management principles.
- Direct supervisory experience within case‑management.
- Level‑of‑care experience with industry‑standard tools (InterQual®, Milliman Care Guidelines).
- Ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs; average travel <50% annually.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- U.S. work authorization required.
Preferences
- Experience in a matrixed organization or cross‑functional team environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base salary: $185,000 – $250,000.
- Inclusive of incentive compensation: $231,250 – $337,500.
- Eligible for Huron’s annual incentive compensation program.
- Benefit plans include medical, dental, vision coverage, wellness programs, 401(k) with employer match, employee stock purchase plan, and paid time off.
