SIU Investigator

Job Description Insight Global is assisting a legal services client of ours in identifying a Claims Investigator for their growing team. Conduct interviews and follow-ups with claimants or their representative who are victims of defective drugs or devices, environmental contamination, or have a general personal injury claim Conducts pre-litigation investigations, aspects of discovery work, reviewing records, drafting correspondence, analytical work, and updates, follows and guides claimant through the pre-litigation process Coordinating and following up on the retrieval of claimant's records. Review medical records, annotating records following our robust bookmarking procedures Point of contact for your claimants, providing updates to their claim Interprets and disseminates information concerning claims and casework to supervisors Undertake a variety of administrative duties such as scheduling claimant appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining up-to-date case notes We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
