Schedule & Call

• Monday-Friday clinic schedule
• 1:3 second-call rotation
• First call covered by four Certified Nurse Midwives
• Balanced mix of outpatient care, deliveries, and gynecologic procedures

Compensation & Benefits

• 425,000 guaranteed base salary
• 150,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to 75,000 annual quality incentive bonus
