• 24-hour shifts with weekday and weekend coverage required
• Inpatient practice with 2-3 patients per shift
• Rounding for inpatient consultations and admissions
• Advanced procedures including robotic and laparoscopic surgery
• General urology covering adult, pediatric, and neonate cases
• Low call volume with 0-1 phone consults per 24 hours
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
