Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe patient environment
• Follow facility policies and established patient-care procedures

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in New York State
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and dependable approach to patient care
