About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: RN Emergency Room (ER) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7 PM - 7 AM) Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: RN License required Certifications: - TNCC - BLS - ALS - PALS (or ENPC) - CPI upon extension Must-Have: - Trauma experience highly preferred Description: Night shift of 12 hours from 7 PM to 7 AM. Weekend requirements: 6 shifts per 6-week schedule. Average of 135+ patients per day. Patient ratio of 4:1. Patient population includes Stroke, ACS, Diabetic, and AKD cases. Currently pursuing level 3 trauma certification. Designated as a Primary Stroke Center and as an Accredited Chest Pain Center. Facilities include a 24/7 Cath Lab and a Level 3 NICU.
