Position Overview

Durango Motor Company is seeking an Email & Digital Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives across Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) brands and affiliated business units. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing, paid social advertising, customer audience strategies, reputation management, and digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. The successful candidate can take a marketing objective, develop an execution plan, and independently manage campaigns from launch through optimization while aligning with Durango Motor Company's goals, values, and processes.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution


• Plan, coordinate, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple brands and business units.

• Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, audience targeting, offers, promotions, and deployment schedules.

• Support inventory, incentive, event, retention, lead generation, and customer engagement marketing campaigns.

• Recommend campaign improvements based on performance and business objectives.

Email Marketing


• Own the email marketing calendar and campaign execution process.

• Build, schedule, test, deploy, and monitor email marketing campaigns.

• Build targeted customer audiences and segments to support campaign performance and customer engagement.

Paid Social Advertising


• Create, manage, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns across Meta platforms.

• Develop audience targeting and re-targeting strategies to support lead generation and campaign performance.

• Assist with campaign budgeting and performance evaluation.

Reputation Management


• Monitor and respond to online reviews across dealership and business unit platforms.

• Coordinate with department leaders regarding customer feedback and service recovery opportunities.

What You Bring

Experience


• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, email marketing, paid social advertising, or related marketing disciplines.


Qualifications


• Experience with email marketing, audience segmentation, and customer targeting strategies.

• Experience managing paid social advertising campaigns and campaign performance.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable using AI-powered platforms as part of daily marketing responsibilities.

Desired Qualities


• Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Uses data and performance insights to guide marketing decisions.

• Strong campaign execution and project management skills.

• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and business units.
