Job Description This position is responsible for originating loans for clients with residential mortgage needs and is the primary lending specialist working full‑time within the financial center. Responsibilities Deliver first mortgage and HELOC lending products in person or by telephone. Provide products such as auto loans, credit cards, and core banking products. Effectively balance sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care. Provide specialized and personalized service, offering advice and guidance to financial center clients through the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings at each stage of the client’s life plan. Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank. Analyze the client’s financial needs and recommend financial services that best align with the client’s unique priorities. Present potential home lending product solutions, submit the mortgage application, assist clients with gathering supporting documentation, and keep clients informed throughout the mortgage loan process via outbound calls, email, and online messaging. Connect with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conduct consistent follow‑up routines to meet client needs. Respond to client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal partners based on client needs. Partner with financial center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to associates regarding delivery of an exceptional client experience. Employment Details Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours per week: 40 Status: Full‑time Location: US - CA - Chino - 12747 Central Ave - CHINO VALLEY MAIN OFFICE (CA7154) Salary: $25.00 – $29.61 hourly, payable based on experience, education, and skill set.
